GYMNASTICS!Gymnastics will be offered to elementary students throughout the school year. Classes will meet on Wednesdays from 3:05-4 p.m. The cost for the six-week session is $55.00, a snack is included. Students not picked up at 4 p.m. will be sent to Extended Care. Registration forms are available in the office. Crystal Dillingham will be the instructor for the gymnastics sessions. Future sessions will be scheduled for first graders.
BASKETBALL SEASON
All fifth though twelfth grade boys interested in playing basketball should complete a sports contract and return it to the office with the basketball fee. Please remember students should maintain an overall 2.0 "C" average. Eligibility is reviewed with Report Cards and Status Reports. Practices start at 3:05 p.m. and end at 5:30 p.m. Parents, please remember signing up for a sport is a commitment. Players are expected to attend practices and games. Parents are expected to help provide transportation for the team to away games. A lot of time and effort goes into scheduling, coaching, and working with other schools to make our sports programs possible. If, for any reason, players cannot attend a practice or game, the player is expected to notify the coach at least one week ahead of time.
Everyone is invited to come out and cheer our Crusaders during home games. To help fund our sports programs, there will be an admission charge of $1.00 per person. All Piedmont students are free.
