Reminders

School information:

  • The school gym is open at 8 a.m., please do not drop-off your child before this time.
  • Please enter the parking lot on Belle Meade Road, and exit on Bethany church road.
  • Tardy students must be signed in at the office by their parents. Students should accompany their parents to the office, and take the tardy slip to their teacher.
  • Students leaving school early should provide their teacher with a note, and the parent must sign them out in the office. Sudents will be paged to the office; parents should not enter classrooms during school hours.
  • Secondary students- If your child received a USED textbook, adjustments will be made to your account. Most used text books are $5.00. If you do not want a used textbook, please let Mrs. Barnes know, and she will order a new textbook for your child.
  • Beverly French will be leading our Parents' Prayer Group on Monday mornings at 8:30 a.m. in Room 4 of the Church building.
  • If you could place a marketing sign at the end of your driveway, please stop by the office.
  • Chapel services are held weekly every Wednesday from 8:35 to 9:15 a.m.  Parents are welcome to attend and share in our praise and worship!

School Store:

  • We have an inventory of PCS t-shirts, shorts, sweatshirts, and sweatpants available.  If you would like to purchase any of these items, please submit an order form to the office.
  • School store is available during the week for grades K4-6th.  7th-12th grade may stop in during their lunch time or before/after school!
